What's the Challenge?

The challenge is simple: move and explore your way through the summer by accumulating 100 miles of movement. Whether it's walking, running, cycling, swimming, dancing, hiking, or any other activity that gets your heart pumping, every step counts towards reaching that milestone!

How Does It Work?

  • Duration: The challenge runs for 100 days, starting from June 17 to September 25.
  • Registration: Sign up for the challenge online and track your progress using the provided log.
  • Movement Variety: Any form of movement counts towards your 100-mile goal. We'll even provide a conversion chart for non-distance type activity.
  • Share Your Journey: Connect with fellow participants, share your achievements, and inspire others by using our hashtag #100Miles100Days or on the Facebook page.
