This program is about improving the amount of time spent doing physical activity. Any activity where your body is moving counts! Keep track of what you do during the week, and once a week you will log your activity online.

The process is easy! A link to a Google Form will be given to you upon registration. Each week, you will use the same link to submit a form that asks you for what activity type you did, for how many minutes, and a 2-3 sentence reflection.

There will be prizes awarded after the program is completed for highest total number of points for individuals in a county, individuals in the state, groups in a county, and groups in the state.
