Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions is designed to help individuals (and their caregivers) manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, COPD, depression, and more. Attend this FREE interactive 6-week workshop and discover how to: 

• Improve health and well-being.

• Cope with stress, pain, and fatigue.

• Communicate effectively with your health team, family, and friends.

• Connect with others for friendship and support.

Participants receive the book, Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions, and a relaxation CD.

Note: Classes will be held on May 15, 22, 29, and June 5, 12, and 26. There will not be class on June 19.
