With this publication, you don't have to use your calculator to multiply recipes for four. This guide provides many delicious recipes for large groups including frostings, sauces, dips and sauces. They were developed and tested under the Title VII Nutrition Program for the Elderly at Cape Girardeau.

The recipes are designed to use USDA food commodities that appeal to the elderly and result in less food waste. In fact, the introduction contains a list of USDA food commodities used in the publication. These recipes can be used to serve any large group. Most serve 50 to 100 people.
