Summer 2020 Semester at a glance

Summer Semester classes run Monday, June 15, through Friday, July 10. Classes will not meet on Friday, July 3, in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

Osher's theme for the 2019–2020 academic year, Innovation and Outliers: What Drives Change?, was inspired by a few recent Osher classes featuring innovators from the MU campus, the Boone County community, U.S. history and beyond. We hope the theme inspires you to act as an innovator — or at least to drive some positive change — in your own lives!

"Change" has also turned out to be our unofficial theme for 2020, since the entire Osher Academic Year has moved to online-only delivery. Thanks for your flexibility, openness and wherewithal as we navigate this uncharted territory and continue to keep our brains active from the comfort of our own homes.

A classroom full of happy Osher students.
