Lupita Fabregas
Lupita Fabregas is originally from Mexico, she immigrated to the United States in 2002. She studied her undergraduate degree in Agriculture Engineering and Animal Sciences at Monterrey Tech, her master's in Education from UPAEP and Doctoral Degree in Agricultural Education at Oklahoma State University. She worked for a Mexican university for 29 years before she accepted a position at Oklahoma State University's College of Human Sciences in 2013. Before she accepted the position as Director of the Missouri 4-H Center for Youth Development, she worked for the University of California in Davis as
Karla Deaver
Karla Deaver graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science in 1985. She obtained a Master of Science degree in Dairy Science from the University of Missouri in 1988. Karla began working for University of Missouri Extension in 1989 as a Dairy Specialist in the South Central Region, a position she held for 15 years. Since 2004, Karla has served as 4-H Youth Development Specialist for University of Missouri Extension in the Southwest Region. Karla also currently serves as County Engagement Specialist for Lawrence County.
Ty Peckman
Ty Peckman graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor's of Science in Animal Science in 2014. Ty then went on to obtain a Master's of Science in Animal Science/Meat Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2016. Upon completing his Masters, Ty worked as the HACCP/Food Safety Coordinator for Jennings Premium Meats. Ty returned to the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2017 to start a PhD in Animal Science/Meat Science. Currently, Ty serves as the State 4-H Agriculture Specialist and is a PhD candidate in Animal Sciences.
