Sydney Delgado Ritson is a 2019 graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a bachelor's degree in adolescent ministries studies with a focus in community development. She grew up in Lima, Ohio and is a first-generation college student and a second-generation Cuban-American. Sydney worked three jobs to put herself through college while volunteering at a local non-profit, The Brain Kitchen, and mentoring for a program called Kids Hope. She has interned abroad in Costa Rica and served on numerous mission and service trips all over the United States, Costa Rica, and Mexico. Sydney's dedication and passion come heavily from her faith. After serving with MCAC, Sydney plans to receive a masterâ¿¿s degree in international community development.
