Londa works in various areas related to food safety, including for consumers, farmers market vendors, produce growers and others selling food. She serves the entire states of Missouri and Kansas in her joint position between the University of Missouri and Kansas State University.
Dr. Nwadike has worked in food safety for the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization based in Rome, Italy. She also has extensive experience living and traveling in Africa. Immediately prior to moving to the Kansas City area for this position, Londa served as Extension Food Safety Specialist for the University of Vermont.
