Ronnie Goodson is a May 2017 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies with emphasis in personal financial planning, communications, and sociology. He also earned a multicultural certificate. Ronnie is a first-generation college student, born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri where he attended Cleveland Jr. Naval Academy. While at MU, he has been a proud member and chapter president of Alpha Omega Theta Christian Fraternity, Inc.-Zeta Chapter. He has also been a member and president of The Impact Movement at Mizzou, which takes Christianity to the campus, community, and world by producing leaders of African descent who are spiritually focused, financially responsible and morally fit. Ronnie has served as a financial coach in the Office for Financial Success at MU, where he has assisted students, faculty, and the community achieve healthy financial lifestyles. After his service with MCAC, Ronnie plans to work toward a doctoral degree, and open his own financial counseling firm helping and teaching lower-income individuals to best manage their finances.
