    What is Health Information for Men?

    Health Information for Men (HIM) is a multi-session program covering different aspects of men’s health. The lessons are designed to be short (only 30 minutes!) and include interactive activities and short action plans to help you meet your goals. Request all 11 modules or pick and choose which topics you would like us to cover. Please contact program manager Kristin Miller for more information.

    Who is this program for?

    Men of all ages and backgrounds will benefit from the information covered in Health Information for Men. Women who care for the men in their lives can also benefit from this course — help them take charge of their health!

    We cover many of the different health issues that affect men, including:

    • Heart disease

    • Hypertension

    • Blood lipids

    • Stress

    • Exercise

    • Dietary supplements

    • Prevention

    • Type 2 diabetes

    • Sleep health

    • Prostate health

    • Low testosterone
