Wine Tour of Les Bourgeois, including a history of wines. Led by Cory Bomgaars.

2:30 - 4:30 pm
The science behind food preservation, specifically preserving jams and jellies, plus a hands on opportunity to make and take home Red Wine Jelly. Taught by Robin Gammon, RD and Liz Harrison, MPH, MU Extension Nutrition and Health Education Specialists
