Are you a foodie or a gardener, or a gardening foodie? Join MU Extension specialists and experts from around the region for a day packed with 16 different class options, lunch sourced from local farmers, and a keynote address from Author/Farmer/Artist Crystal Stevens on “Reducing the carbon footprint of your home and garden.” From making compost and compost tea, designing native gardens, foodscaping and selecting native trees for the home, to making kombucha, fermented foods and exploring a plant-based diet, this seminar offers a class for every interest. 

Lunch - a lunch from local farms will be provided by Seed Sprout Spoon.
