The Strategyzer workshop, previously offered only in Boston, Europe and Australia by world-renowned author Alex Osterwalder, is coming to Columbia, Missouri. Leading this exclusive workshop will be David Bland, a co-author on several of Osterwalder’s books.

In a highly interactive and engaging format, participants acquire the tools and processes needed for world-class strategy and innovation through case studies such as Bayer, Bosch, Mastercard, and Amazon.

Attendees learn to manage innovation, detect and prevent disruption, measure progress, business model mechanics, ideation of new business ideas with design thinking, develop value propositions, and more.

• Senior executives, strategists, innovation managers, entrepreneurs, consultants, business coaches
• Individuals or business teams looking for hands-on tools to apply to their business models
