Description

This 8 hour training seminar will be an in depth Constitutional and operational exploration of officer/citizen street encounters including consensual encounters, investigative detentions and arrests. Topics of discussion will include search & seizure, field interviews, street interrogations, stop & frisk, use of force and resistance control. Proper tactical communication techniques will be emphasized as well as a discussion of racial profiling, criminal profiling and implicit bias.
