Jackson County 4-H Council Meeting


Jackson County 4-H Council is the county 4-H leadership organization for 4-H club members. Its purpose is to help 4-Hers develop leadership skills while helping to build a strong county 4-H program. Youth from all county clubs are encouraged to participate.

A typical meeting includes a short business meeting and programs such as leadership, teamwork, and a variety of other educational lessons. The meeting and also includes breakout committee meetings lead by the officer team.

The program is open to all 4-H members and officer positions are held by youth between the ages of 13 to 18. New members can join at any time during the year. It includes representatives from the 4-H Clubs and groups in the county, 4-H Members at Large are also welcome to join!

Typically the third Monday of the month at 7:00pm. 4-H council does not meet in December.
