Description

Workplace roles rapidly evolve. Employees are often tasked to implement initiatives where they may have little or no direct authority. So how do you achieve your goals? The answer lies in your ability to influence stakeholders. Whether it's upward, side-to-side, internally or externally, professionals need to effectively influence stakeholders to complete their projects and ultimately achieve success. This workshop will empower you to become a more effective influencer across multiple stakeholder groups. We'll look at packaging messages in a way that makes the most impact and discuss the platforms that are available to leverage influence.

What you will learn:
- Define stakeholders and the impact they can make on achieving your project goals.
- Identify four most common stakeholder groups and align with different styles to best influence each.
- Describe the messaging process and platforms available when communicating with these four main stakeholder groups.

Cost:  $195

Refund policy: If a cancellation occurs two weeks or more prior to the class date, a refund will be issued less a $75 processing fee. Within two weeks of the class date, no refund will be issued.
