Description

As we monitor the ongoing national response to the spread of COVID-19 and keep public health top of mind, we have decided to cancel this event.

Eat Smart, Live Strong is a 4-week intervention designed to improve fruit and vegetable consumption and physical activity among those age 60 and up. This workshop will show you how to eat healthy, eat more fruits and vegetables, increase potassium to lower blood pressure and exercise for flexibility, balance and strength. This program is delivered in partnership with Aging Ahead.

Program is free and lunch is provided, but pre-registration is required.

60 and older is free ($5 lunch donation suggested)
