This newsletter corresponds with Lesson 8 of the Show Me Nutrition Fifth Grade curriculum. Protein is a necessary component to our daily diet. This newsletter provides tips to making the best protein choices at home and at the store, as well as tips to making those choices quick and simple. Hummus dip and personal snack pizza recipes are also included.
