Purpose:

The purpose of these on-demand sessions is to update the knowledge and enhance the skills of the office and clinic nurses as well as clerical, technical and administrative staff by sharing best practices utilized during the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Who should attend?

This learning opportunity is designed for RNs, LPNs and other health care staff employed in a variety of clinic and office settings. Front office staff and administrative personnel will benefit from sessions related to issues and challenges encountered in outpatient care during a global pandemic.

Up to 6.57 contact hours will be awarded to all participants who view the recorded sessions in their entirety and complete the evaluation form.
